“Stand up straight and realize who you are, that you tower over your circumstances”
We are designed to grow and to heal. It is our purpose and our nature, though sometimes is it is scary or uncomfortable to make the changes that are required of us.
Symptoms, crisis, illness, boredom, loss and death give us the chance to grow as individuals, to find our strengths and grow our resilience.
When we explore, acknowledge and experience our feelings instead of pushing them away, and allow ourselves to notice what is working even in the most challenging situations, we can change, and as a result, so will everything else.
“What you do makes a difference, and you have to decide what kind of difference you want to make”

It is my purpose to assist you in embracing the transitions that are presenting in your life.
